Gear/loler paperwork?

Got 38/39 coming up soon and realised I have a bunch of gear to organise.

 

I'm wondering how you guys keep track of serial numbers/dates and condition of ropes, clips and similar.

Just set up some sort of table/check list then at the end of every week just tick off each bit of kit (identified by their serial number) if it's still okay etc etc.

 

Really when working you'll most of the time notice if a bit of kit has something up with it but it's always good to go over your kit once a week and keep track

My loler inspector gave me one post first inspection with all the details on it, just like above. Simples
