This is just a rumour, but I heard of a Patrol that got stuck recently, and had to be rescued by a Transit?!

Did you hear about that Ed?

the two biggest things to blame for a vehicle getting stuck are the driver and the tires its running on!

I ran a hi-lux on MT's and did many off road training courses I could get the hilux to follow any landy anywhere. What I couldn't put up with was the sea sickness, appauling road handling, lack of a proper low range, abismal towing capacity lack load carrying ability, its hunger for clutch kits, and most of all its rotting body on a 5 year old vehicle. I don't deny my Landy has its faults, but it'll still be working long after my old hilux is in the scrap heap in the sky!

Theres a good reason you never see a pikey or Taliban in a Land Rover. Nuff said.

the only landy you'll see a pikey/traveller in, is a top spec disco, saying that I know a few boys who had old battered Landys for hair coursing, i'll never forget the day a cousin of mine rolled at my dads yard, with a dented up defender, he'd just rammened an over zealous game keeper, and wanted to store it in one of our barns...lol
