Hi All

We are in the process of possibly changing our charges to the Scottish highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

Please can you let me know if you feel this would make a difference. We are looking to drop it to a flat rate of a £10.00 surcharge across all locations.

Huge difference, I actively avoid companies that charge and call Inverness postcodes exotic !!

Been quoted up to £50 to send a chain or parcel that size to me.

Great idea !

Thanks for the replies.

For items that are under £75.00 + VAT. We can post Royal Mail for a cheaper price (depending on weight).

If you know it's light, small and under £75.00 then call us and we can take the order over the phone.

The website can't cope with working out size, weight etc.... (but most orders are over the £75 anyway)

We will be looking into Europe & Eire in the near future.

Im in France, I use a variety of UK suppliers due to the cost of things being silly here.

Your postage rates are nearly double of everyone else I have used. Last time It was £30 to send a hank of rope and a few other bits over.

Maybe look into a different courier?
