komet evolution 1 help please

i have been given one

is it a tree climbing harness

can not get the front attachment points close enough

should it have a rope bridge

any idea on age as they dont seem to sell them anymore so is it pre butterfly

i had one. quite a comfy harness. never had a bridge on mine. i think it came out about the time of the butterfly1, might be wrong though

i would have said it needs a front bridge like the butterfly.

it goes thru the metle loop then back on its self like a belt , if it doesnt may be its too small for you bob

Needs a rope bridge. I had one.

you can put a bridge on but, it was not designed to be used like that! its a unique french style that they put either end of the rope onto different sides, this allowows you to turn and go out forwards on branches. the desigen has been around for 10 years or more and still in productuion as far as i know.

ive never used this harness before but i used to work with someone who had 1 and im sure he had some prusic cord tied between the the 2 d's. not shure how safe that is but you might be able to use the bridge of a dragon fly/butter fly harness.
