Just wanted to see what people say about front mounted ducker chippers. I want to mount one on on my 406. I've heard there good but it's always nice to hear from people who have run them.

Cheers :001_smile:

They are basically a TP, you will need a blower if you are filling a chip box on the rear of the mog, but with a blower you will easily fill a trailer behind the mog.

You need to watch the weight, so really only a 6" I would say.

That's what I wanted to hear!!

I've a tp at the moment on one.

Yes the ducker has a blower on so I guess that's a bonus. It's supposed to be 5.5inch any way. Would be great if it would blow I to a trailer as well, would make it a right rig!

I'm hoping to fit a crane on the back end if I can find the bits, which will balance the mog out as I'm a bit worried of doing an endo in it!

Your only issue will be GVW, you will be pretty much fully loaded before you get any chip in the box.
