I lived on canvey island for many years used to see him regularly when he played there thoroughly nice bloke I learnt a lot about my guitar playing from talking to him and watching him.

You have to admit that the combination of him and Norman Watt Roy when they are playing can be a bit visually disturbing for the faint hearted :biggrin:

Most definitely but they don't make musicians like that anymore most are so boring nowadays

My father in law was in bands in Southend in the 70s and had the pleasure of playing on the same bill as feelgood at the kursaal and the kursaal flyers at another gig not that I'm jealous 😜
