You aren't going to be gaining as much as you could compared to a 3500kg vehicle and for very little advantage you will move up into a world that needs an operating centre, O licence, driver licencing and all the other joys of HGV operation

If you are going into that world, why not go bigger?

Iv got one I brought it from Bob, I love it and it goes tro the brown stuff fully loaded no worries, there's no problem getting parts there's an Iveco shop in Ruislip that gets parts no problem, new diff lock cable £68 didn't think that was bad I'm using mine as back up truck and for jobs off the beaten track but it's very easy to drive ( just Iveco daily but 4x4 ) not juicey to run as its 2WD on road

Best of luck

That seems a bit strong, I'd put a different axel,s on the truck like unimog portals that can be brought for a grand a set

Except the Iveco ones will be BNIB and a simple swap out compared with re engineering the entire vehicle, will the drive flanges even fit, (and fitting it with used parts ?) before sending it for a SVA

Suddenly that's not the cheap option ant more
