Do you always speak to your phone Jon: suddenly it all makes sense😀😀😀

On topic though I share a yard with a couple of colleagues, it's about an acre of meadow with an assortment of cart lodges etc, no concrete sadly, but £250 a month all 'above board'

£250 each?

Hi EGGS I was talking into my iPhone and did not check the post I meant it may be a bottom offer for a farmer looking at it from his point of view our top offer from your point of view I tried editing it but it was too late thanks John

True that John, but i know what the land was purchased for and my offer was 4 times above, and also above the market value now! got my eye on another bit atm got a few trees on it on headland with road access, mite be worth a punt.

£250 sounds a reasonable amount, do most of you guys have land from farmers that your using over private land owners?

I pay £25 a week and rent from a friends mother! its roughly 2 acre half has scalpings down, weve put pole barn up etc, dont wanna throw more money at it though. I know 1 day when she goes family will sell it for building.

That's real affordable, and must be nice with the pole barn, I get what your saying about it coming to an end one day but hope it's not to soon.
