Ive just struggled for ages trying to get a new chain on the 660 - is it just me or is the bar sitting a bit close to the sprocket?

 

its not touching - but only a mm or two clearance.

That looks a Weeeee bit tight to me! think it might be a link or two shorter than supposed to be.

Are you running the standard 7 pin sprocket ? If so I would say there is one too many drivers ( as others have said )

 

Looks like an 8 pin
