I think you also need to get them CE marked. Europe sounds like a good line of enquiry, but I did this a few years ago when the euro was not strong and they wouldn't sell to me in the UK, so if you know someone who has a dutch address or maybe get a second hand machine.. but technically they must sell you a machine as we are in Europe... Good Luck and post your findings.

You do not need a CE mark provided it meets UK HSE regs, and the EU machinery directive.

i havent had a truck to use it with stewart, but i had it on site 3 times and it is really good, the power is amazing, i now think every chipper should have a winch above hte hopper, no matter the size, except my new micro one and andys new wee one he he.

 

i get my new truck on friday , but it will be a while till i get the chip box made i reckon. but for the price of it and value for money then it is really good. she is big and heavy, that is for sure but on the right job then it will be excellent. its like a 066. great saw for the right application but too big in the wrong one, as a top handle is amazing for the little stuff but you wouldnt want to slice up a blown oak with it lol
