Hi all what do you think of the Our local school has not got a minibus and I thought well why don't we all chip in all the kids parents could put £500 each what you all think thanks Jon

 

I'm sure all the kid's parents won't have a spare 500 nicker to chip-in.

I think you live in cloud cuckoo land. Christmas is close by, some people will be struggling to make ends meet never mind chucking £250-£500 in the pot for a fecking mini bus.

You will be lucky to get a tenner out of some folk and has per normal there will be the green eyed monsters who will say " they have there own business,they are loaded " then there will be parents bragging that they put more in , the idea Jon is a absolute none starter mate.

and if it breaks down who pays?.the real point is if the parents buy the bus ,and the local education board is let off paying for it ...who will replace it ?now a precedent has been set the local education authority will no longer nee to budget for school transport and the money will go elsewhere...you should campaign for the need of a school bus to be paid for by the lea.

Hi log I think it's a good idea and I've not got any kids I would be up for putting a little bit in the park reference as it breaks down well buy a brand-new one keep it three years is under warranty then it's free servicing boiler local garage it's going to be sponsored three toes on the running cost thanks John
