Looking for free unprocessed wood - Harpenden

I'm taking down a smallish but mainly wood rather than branches eucalyptus in Luton this Friday if you want to come get the wood from it

Conifer burns well, Burrell kindly dropped me off a large amount of ringed up Connie and am still burning it now after two years seasoning. The resin can be a pain but it gives off good heat and burns clean - no smoking on the glass at all:thumbup:

I only burn conifer. In the days when I had an open fire I'd only burn hardwoods, preferably beech or birch. The softwoods spark too much on the open fire

It's a shame as most of it gets disposed of on a bonfire, people even fussy about conifer Woodchip as well
