i don't know what i'm thinking but i just don't think it's a beech or birch.

 

i don't know if a pendula form of any populus species even exist but it looks like populus foliage so i thought i'd throw it in the ring.

I am not aware of any species of pendula poplar either,the leaf looks similar to black pop but the leaves also match Tilia tomentosa petiolaris-weeping silver lime.a close up of bark and leaf would greatly assist ID imo

Betula pendula -silver birch,i dont think so mate look at the bark on the trunk.Birch bark is silvery/grey.Granted the leaves look birchesque but more like betula pubescens-downy birch.But im still sold on beech

 

I did say cultivar 'Youngii' whch has a variety of manifestations some of which have pink stems, large leaves when juvenile, more entire leaf margins than pendula and more akin to utilis, plus white twigs.

 

Looking at the picture again I see twigs at the top which are almost white. The stem is pink. I may be wrong, but I'd put money on it not being Beech.

Previous mention of Mulberry is correct, its likely to be a weeping/compact form of Morus nigra. I can see differing leaf shapes.

I couldn't see the different shaped leaves from the photo, but M. alba 'Pendula' is a good shout. Particularly the young smooth pink bark. It's pretty common as a lawn specimen.

Yes, that's Morus. You can see it in the slightly lobed leaves - very clear in the leaf at the bottom of the trunk in the second picture.
