Yes it was sorry, poor I know.

 

 

If yours is cracking like that there will be more, Tw won't want to admit that like any manafacturer wouldn't. Am sure they will sort it in time.

Truth be told with the service iv experienced the cracking isn't as much of a worry now I know they will do their up most to resolve the issue. What worried me was the downtime with out a machine but by the looks of things they won't let a customer with a genuine issue go with out
