Towing a chipper behind a trailer?!

Anything can tow two trailers as long as the whole shebang conforms to construction and uses. Overall legal length would probably be a major consideration. I remember a letter written to Vosa on a landy forum posing this very question and this was their reply.

Re two trailers see attached PDF.

 

As you can see not every vehicle can tow a trailer never mind two of them.

 

Tractors can tow two trailers if they are both unladen or one trailer (does not specify unladen so laden is ok) & one implement or two implements.
