I've got the hs45 24 inch cutter on it. It's good for trimming but not good for hard cutbacks.

I had the HS 45 it was good all rounder, but I bought a 81r because I wanted lower vibes. But the 45 was certainly lighter

Got to be the hs81 rc is the best built and best performer by a mile but the carb needle sticks from time to time .But the husky well I think a pice of wet cardboard would be stronger good machine but doesent last.

 

make from that what you will.

Hs 45 is light but its not a true double sided cutter and can be a bitch to start at times when hot but otherwise a capable machine .

Hs 81 are a excellent kit but heavy and expensive.
