I don't ever grease any bar sprocket any more mark , I found you have to keep it a near daily routine as weekly sporadic greasing seems to make sprockets fail quicker from my experience so it's either all or nothing.

I found the tech lites bend nicely back Mick, unless they delaminate.

I'm a greaser, every refill.

Cheaper than a new bar IME.

 

 

Out of curiosity how much grease do you go though? Just looked and 10 sachets of Oregon grease comes in at £12.50, so if you said a bar cost £50 after 40 sachets you'd break even by not greasing?

I've never greased a bar so no idea how long that would take to use
