I forgot to say my new Scafell boots arrived today and I had 2pairs of free socks with them . I ordered the orange ones and they came with green laces

Nice one Gand....will be interesting to see how they feel with spikes on as well.

 

 

Used them all day in spikes and found them comfortable and have no complaints so far. My Buckinghams sit nicely in the midsole. Has anyone else had spikes on yet?

Yup, couple of smallish takedowns. Only been a couple of days but do far so good. Seem sturdy.

They are sturdy indeed. Mine have loosened up a little and are feeling good. Today it was a widespread ash removal about 60 to 70ft, so spikes went in at lots of different angles and felt very supportive

Are they the same hight on your ankle as the scafell boots as I've had the higher profells one's for a while and like the surport it gives.

Good to know Gand...will be spiking on mine first time next week...only herd good reports so far from all who have a pair....if they last a year or two be even better.
