That's a 4-stroke so I didn't mention it. I had the Suzuki which sure had some power. Kawasaki was supposed to be the best; thing it was superceeded by the Suzi.

I had the suzuki mx120 engine on the etesia I had. Was a blinding engine.

We used Flymo when I was on the schools for the local council and we used to do steep banks using a rope to swing them side to side as you pulled them in. One bloke got pulled into the office for carrying one over his head upside down still running across a school car park because he didn't want to stop it and restart it.

We ran MX120 2-stroke Suzi engines in Rover box mowers on Cem duty.

Absolutly stonking good engine, never missed a beat for a good no of years running prob 6 hrs a day for 6 months of the year.

Run on meticulously mixed red stihl at 50:1

When we no longer could buy replacments the last 2 were kept on for several years past their "best before" date.

Brilliant mowers, I've had a few of these and allen 218's.

Buy them in the winter for £40-£80, and run them till they stop.

The Tecumseh engine is a bit tricky but if you buy them cheap enough (in the winter) you van build up some spares.
