Marlow is cack. I've used 13mm before and it's rubbish compared to 11mm.

 

Currently using 11mm Blaze or 11mm Velocity. 8mm ArmorPrus tied loose.

 

 

Christ, you guys are mental using 11mm ropes for ddrt climbing!

It's not good for the hands, elbows, wrists etc (as you'll discover in several years).

That's just climbing, full stop. 11mm for me is easier than 13mm. I've adapted to working in a low impact style that doesn't knacker me.

 

And if you start to preach SRT in this thread you can sod off! :biggrin:

Apart from my wife having to tie my laces and cut up my food I haven't had any problems :biggrin:
