Indian Bean Trees

Mind you having school kids continually sitting under a tree changes things compared to a tree in a private garden.

I wouldn't give any assurances and would suggest a tree consultant with relevant qualifications/insurances rather than taking seeking and taking advice from an internet forum.

A tad expensive perhaps, and with a need for on-going maintenance / checking, but a very good proposal and one I'm sure the school caretaker will welcome.

Nice one [emoji106]1:

PS Would still do a little bit of CR too.

Agreed but the more options a caretaker has, the better the education decision he can make.

Cobra is expensive and comes with ongoing maintenance, bit not enough people try and sell IMO. How do people know it's too expensive if they aren't informed of it.

Oh and I would usually tip prune before putting in Cobra any way, just as a precautionary measure.

That is exactly my stance Mick, I've made it clear to him that I don't give any assurances! But he's a friend as well as a customer so I don't want him to spend his budget on a pricey consultant unless it's really needed. I'm confident in my assessment of most common school yard species but not really come across bean trees before in a work capacity, of this size at least!
