£300 to £500 was what I was quoted for simple three pager. One chaps quoted £850 but halved than when told him it was too expensive for what I needed

Did ours through Yola. The basic package was free and only paid for the domain name which costs £12 per year. It's basic but gets most of our log sales for a mornings messing about on a computer

I taught myself HTML in an afternoon in 1999 and made my own web site with free hosting as it was back then. Loads of software to do it for you now and many more hosting services. £500 seems about right these days.

Taught myself as well after being quoted a grand a few years back, almost finished my newest upgrade, just needs some photos on the gallery page and its just about good to go

I think it's called go daddy. that's about £50 when I looked into it.

A simple 3 page I was quoted 500
