well the wifes just got back from doing the weekly shop & its cost me £150 thats for 4.5 in the house hold is this the norm or are we spending too much

we used to spend 150 now my wife has it down to under 50quid, she is an awesome cook. its not the main meals its all the crap that gets thrown in the trolley for snacks and stuff. make a budget and stick to it, thats what we do for everything now

dear old do shopping.ive said to my mrs sell the cooker and fridge and where eat out every day theres a good cafe near me good meal in there £3.50.no washing up either.

We do about a 100 quid a week for 4 of us as well, like stevie said its not really the main meals that cost its all the crap that goes with it for the late evening arbtalk munchies !

 

Mrs Dibnahs not a rite good cook though, me that does most of it.
