I priced up some treework for the new owner of a property while the sale was going through,although his wife didnt want them touched until the rooks had left their nests.The lawns up to that time had been mown by the seller.

When we turned up couple of months later the grass was now hay,which was alright,but absolutely plastered in heaps of rottweiler muck,from 3 or 4 of their mutts.

I renegotiated the price in a upwards direction.

If it was other way round and wall and hot tub had been removed, would you give a discount. Say it was now straight fell and clear. I can't decide for sure but might do?

I have before when a whole garage had disappeared so I could drive truck rite up to trees.

Had one a while ago who DOES plan ahead and uses common sense.

 

A member of a famous motor racing family, massive house, really nice guy.

 

Called us round to reduce the spread of a large oak so it would not need trimming back after the proposed extension was built - and we could drop/lower all bits onto the clear ground below. Damage to ground was not an issue as it was all going to be dug up.

Me too recently.

But as I had a driven an hour and had a signed quote from them I unscrewed the gates whilst the crew got on with the job before driving the truck in.

Turned out the occupant was the son who was/is a useless feckless unemployable shoite who told his parents he didn't hear us arrive...

Aye it's just the photo, it's a might fine wall. Must have cost a fortune.

The boy was offshore so got hold of his mother and she said just crack on and if it costs more so be it.
