It feels nicer I can't really put my finger on any reason other than that and it looks awesome the oil being slow is even with just veg oil in it its still slow apart from looks tho and price I don't think there's that much in it just personal preference

Mine feels loads better than the sthil one only use the easy fill spout on the fuel mind the oil is too slow

 

 

I had to take mine off for other reasons like making it easy to identify which ones which ! ....I must be a bit special as I filled up 3 saws with oil in a few weeks some thing I've never done with the stihl can.

Just to confirm, the new spouts will fit on the old can, the angle is a little different though.part no 586110401 oil spout 586110501, winter oil spout 586110701 if you feel it does not flow fast enough.

Can't say I've noticed any problem with the oil flowing too slowly, but it has been pretty warm lately. My can came with the winter (Canadian) oil spout as an accessory, so easy changed depending on your preference.
