best 3.5t truck on the market i think i got a new one with high sides and tool box fitted in ally very heavy truck xcellent pulling power over loaded with 2 ton chip and tow chipper and still set of in second gear there a 7.5 ton down sized i think

i used to use on in devon and as sid by everyone elts they carry a goo load well but if your looking to put a chip box on then you will not be able to carry much at all without being overloaded , they do drink fuel and parts from what my old boss told me are dear .but as for towing they are great and have a fantastic turning circle

I phoned mercedes yesterday and the going to give me quote for medium wheel base with single cab with tool box on back and chip box fitted.

 

Going to be expensive...but i want a van that won't break down all the time. That looks good fo costumers and i can spend money on sign writing it.

 

My Ldv cost me just under £4000 when i got it about 18 months ago. in that time it has cost me about £3500 with all repairs added up! that means £7500.

 

anyone want to buy and LDV for £1200. 60,000 on clock . and full service history? :001_smile:

lol i would have said i would buy it this time last week but after my experience of buyin one and having to take it back after laes than 48 hours i think i will give it a miss . i was told they are gutless not that gutless . good luck with your new truck mte hope al goes well for it . hope we can have some pics of it as well

we've just got one at work and its an awesome truck to drive so smooth and towing a bc1000 you wouldnt even know you had it on,

 

regarding to weights ive no idea,we just fill it up till you cant get no more in :)

 

And has a turbo :001_cool:
