Treeflex hexafoam

im just curious, one of the things i liked the most about the treeflex harness was the hexafoam back pad. just looking for feedback how well this is holding up for people and over what period of time?

Had mine 2 years, the hexfoam is fine, blemish free in fact. The webbing has slight fraying on it but still passes loler fine.

We've had a few at college for a while now and all is ship shape... never seen or heard of any problems.

had mine for a couple of years ( not 5 days a week use mind) but seems fine as does the rest of the harness.carl

had mine awhile and the hex foam is holding up fine.only problems ive got is the webbing slipping(waist belt) whenever ive got a saw on. gnna stich some velcro on there i think.

After a year and a half in the T.F. I bought a different harness which after 6 months use has moved over to my recreational bag. I am loving the tree flex. It doesn't slip like it used to either (!?) and the back pad is truely awesome. The hexafoam and its covering are completely intact.

treeflex rox. the only problem I have had with the foam padddng was about a couple of week after purchase I was reducing a conny hedge the piece I was stood on snapped and I landed sitting in the hedge. didn't hurt in the lightest and the leg loop took the impact.

 

The loop was pierced by and bit of conny 1inch thick and tore out the padding. The leg loop is in exactly the same state as when it happened, the harness is now 18+ month old.

 

well made harness IMO.

Are they on the forum? I'd love the chance to have some input, or at least a chat, I really like the TF, but have made a couple of mods, it would be great if a new model could incorporate these.
