The Jenz is a great machine but if hiring one be ultra careful what goes through it. My mate George has had 20k + repair bills on his when lumps of steel and concrete have been accidentally put through. Easier than you think when feeding with an excavator and grab.

Having seen both the bandit and the jenz in operation, imo I would go for the Bandit every time, better chip quality and better shred quality.

We are loading with a loadall and grab it will just be brash as all the logs are sold to somebody as firewood so we checking for stone or metal.

Re the chipper drum, is this easily removed to convert the machine to a shredder for pallets etc, or will it be a dedicated chipper?
