No, there is a programmable delay, or they 'eye' can be turned off.

 

If you had one guy on clearing up a long hedge reduction for example, it can be left running quietly in the background whilst the operator fetches and carries. Then it fires up when you approach with an armful to shove in.

I have to say I have put a lot of fresh leylandii through both the Major, and Minor machines with no blockages. This can only be better.

Don't think you'll sell any at that price! That's three times as much as the cs100, if I was in the market for something like this I'd get the green mech and use the spare 7 grand to fund tip runs for the non chipable stuff!

You are quite right haha That to me seems crazy money compared to the CS100

GM CS is under 4.5k plus the vat realistically. Ok it's not a shredder but you can chuck all sorts of clean material through it. I used to even put garden waste in just chuck wood in also.

Maybe I will not sell them, but they do sell. They have only recently been launched and 8 have sold quickly.

I am just having difficulty establishing the market audience.
