Has anyone tried a powerball to increase hand strength? Its a ball inside a ball that works on gyroscopic effect, it weighs about 200g but when its spinning it creates a weight of up to 18kg. real good for increasing hand/lower arm strength, most rock climbing shops sell them. or amazon.

yeah i got one of the power balls, i use it a lot for rock climbing and its really smart as its well effective. but you can dump it in the car or whatever and it takes up no space. i'd def say they are worth it.
