Asparagus and taking a pee

Eating vast quantities of beetroot (ideal if you can't afford asparagus) will result in Crimson coloured pee, initially causing a bladder cancer scare and some frantic googling.

...and I can vouch for this even though the couple involved were newly qualified GPs

As one ages, the body learns to save a small quantity of wee after a piddle which is used to warm the front of ones underpants as one steps out of the warm conveniences back into the cold.

 and how old are you to make this (insightful) observation?
