What was your worst punishment as a apprentice trainee ?

Believe me Hodge some of the lads that I've hired in that think there it **** and a bit would of not lasted the journey there let alone a day.

Some of these stories sound a bit dodgy to me. Stripping naked young apprentices and putting grease on their privates? And lots of tying people up? All sounds a bit creepy to be honest..

Had my rigger boots filled with water and put in the freezer overnight !

Had the rear of my car tied to mesh fence so when I ripped off the car park at the end of the day I yanked the fence down. Had my horn on my car wired to my indicators so as indicated right my horn would sound , ffs.!.!.

The list is pretty endless but was a good bunch of blokes would do anything for each other and was never malicious or any harm ment.

One bloke used to love motorbikes, he used to get a Calendar every Christmas and it took pride of place above his tool box, so shortly after he had hung it up we ripped august out and threw away, although it took 8 months his reaction was well worth the wait .

4 pro plus, 3 laxatives and 2 viagra in a lads morning brew for turning up.hung over repeatedly when working on team piece rates worked quite effectively as a punishment ;-)

 

That can get you a couple of years inside... If you plead guilty.

I would agree and it's only 1984 so not the dark ages. I would like to point out we were the 16 year old apprentices not the people dishing it out. I handed my notice in the week I finished my time.
