Redwood/Jensen Continues!

Redwoods came through again! Nothing major, one of the lads bust a rear light on the forst so as I ordered a new light I got some light guards as well, only 30 quid and bolt on,only mine didn't fit the light board! !! After a bit of tooing and frowing it appears my light board was the wrong profile meaning the guards were too big by an inch, Redwoods have sent a new light board FOC no questions asked after a year of ownership. .....now that's customer service!

I don't think anyone is running down there customer service. I've used them in the past and couldn't be more helpful.

 

The dealers that have posted here are just stating the new Jensen arrangement which appears to be bringing some conflict.

I'm not running any other dealer down and as far as I'm aware neither are Redwoods??? I have had great service from other firms,Greenmech,Fr jones, Dean at global was v helpful ,orange plant and the list goes on but it's always nice to give praise when it's due no matter who it is.

No one is running down Redwood, they just aren't Jensen any longer! Parts and current chipper stock only.
