Good one Ben, up to your high standards, good rope work on the ground as well.

 

It wouldn't be a stihlmad vid without your shouts of encouragement to yourself.

I also hand out compliments to all the crew during a job for what ever reason

the rope man is the bossman of that company and a twenty year vet in the industry - I told his son and the upcoming climber at Bradleys that I was keeping him and they were not getting him back :thumbup:

takedown I inherited from another climber who muffed it up like a muppet and then ran away when his lowering rope ( cheap old three strand) broke on some main timber nearly killing a staff member on the ground.

 

lowered out the fluff and the secondary timber that was left and craned out the main timber with a 16 tonner.

contract climbing means Ambush from time to time...
