If they do make a mk4 then I would hope it's just too make it work better with a 13mm rope.

 

 

I think this would only be possible by releasing 2 different sized versions unfortunately

the first time I used a zigzag mk2 I found a crack in the top link, great to climb on...... really fancy one myself....

I have now had the official answer from Petzl.

 

All the new mark 2 zigzags are the new beef up version. They are not calling it the mk 3. So all the shop selling the mk 2 it is the latested upgraded version. Unless they are sitting on old stock, but they sell so well that they should all be the new version. All of our are.

My mk2 gets changed on Wednesday for the mk2 version 2 mistaken for mk3 what is non existent, my mk2 broke/cracked on the very bottom rivet.
