A bit like us ts260 matbro with auxiliary feed for log splitter ,comes out of the yard occasionally for big lifts on site jobs, suits us well.

We have an old battered one of these that is redundant should anyone be interested, needs some work but it starts and runs ok.

What can you do though? Would do same with a pto one

Nawt really, it's in nice condition for the year, has being worked not a show machine. I've put new hydraulic pump on serviced it etc we can split 10 ibc crates a day with it. I need to sort something ASAP.

10 ibc crates with just a splitter is good going i would say :)

I think its an hour to hour 15mins per ibc with mine :) just me on own, gets boring though :(

Then you have to keep the buggers dry! Thats where the pain begins!

Did you fit a new hyd pump or 2nd hand?

That's with 2 of us m8 1 loading table up and moving stuff so 1 man just stands there splitting, can actually feel my brain cells dying doing it. Rubber boots around gear sticks are bad for letting water in! Was a new pump, tbh it was really easy to do, I had trouble finding a gear with a tapered shaft to fit on the new pump as the old 1 had a straight shaft. Had to take some shims out of the relief valve and got the psi back up. Does your run a hydraulic splitter?

Can u borrow a pto generator and some fan heaters or is it too far gone for that. If it's too far gone then needs rebuild. May be buy a pto generator and connect it to a kiln or heat workshop after rebuild.

Yes it does but i just changed my splitter recently and the ram is stupidly massive, so its slow but i just knock revs up a bit. Will split anything though :)
