doesnt matter that you bought it in Denmark, the warranty is still valid in the uk if you have proof of purchase and is still within warranty term. (1 year)

We have two, one has had this problem now for the third time, it went in under warranty the first two times, when first bought and again after about 6 months, the third time was returned and worked for just two days before repeating the same fault, in with dealer at present, cuts out when trying to rev up, cold start been changed and throttle screw adjusted under computer set up by main dealer. The other 550xp just 9 months old and had no problems, working 5-6 days each week with the saws, along with three others saws for special jobs, and with four years experience working daily with chainsaws, both woodland coppicing and arb work.
