Has anyone got any experience with them? Looking at some on the web, thinking of turning one into a timber waggon. Could you get it on a forestry exemption?

Its not a problem to get an ag taxation class on these trucks, our 4x4 tk bowser was straight forward to do. I am going to get this body fitted with jack legs so I can swap between different bodies. Seems a waste just having the bowser on it all the time.

Be aware that the newest TM you will come across will be nearly 20 years old and check with the relevant authorities what you are permitted to do as people on this forum will tell you what they are doing (which in a lot of cases is what they are getting away with, not what is legal!).

I've brought one but it's taken ages to get it ready for collection. Anyway I'm hoping to get it on the weekend. Don't see any reason why you can't do what you want as ag. Just use it within the restrictions. Mine will be run on an o licence. I reckon it should be good for me I need 4x4 and a crane and large capacity. It's a bit bigger than a mog but should have greater payload. I'll get a thread going on Friday here when it arrives.
