Just on the iphone through google?

Yes got CS 30,31,32,38,39,40,41,47 mewp, UA1,2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 6yrs on the job but working for others (that are very secretive about job specs and pricing) and not for myself.

Just getting work for myself now after 6yrs experience.

I have access to climbers for AR that can do the grounds.

Easy answer no ifs or buts 2 days, 2 people,300 miles round trip over 2 days. £1,000. Just don't under price your self and be a bust fool,we've all done it but have learned from it.

Price it as above and depending who you get and what price for 2nd climber/ groundsman you could clear £500 to £600.

Why does he need that, I mean who says?

Nobody actually says you "have" to have it. The customer might be sufficiently well informed to understand (or care) about the difference between someone that will "have a go" as compared to someone that can demonstrate certified training - so one part of the answer to your question is - the customer (although as we've all experienced, they are often more focussed on price rather than anything else.)

So take the customer as a side issue for now, and it might be possible to argue that no one says you have to have it. So if you take that position, no one actually says you have to have it (debatable.) And that's all fine and dandy until you consider the "what ifs."

(1) What if, during the dismantle (of this vaguely described defective Ash) an incident occurs that results in RIDDOR report?

Answer - HSE investigation, possible prosecution and civil claim for injury / death.

(2) What if, during the dismantle (of this vaguely described defective Ash) damage occurs to property?

Answer - Insurance claim? Dig in your own pocket?

So, whilst it might be possible to argue "where does it say I have to have X, Y, Z?" What do you think the first thing you're gonna need to demonstrate is if it all goes TU?

I knew I'd regret it......
