Clean them out and see if the splines will grip, if they are really gone (never seen these go like this) then drill the heads off and get some grips on the studs - the only way I can see you getting them out!

Or if you have a mig welder place a nut over the top of the bolt and weld down the centre of the nut and use a socket.

Good luck with that, they are recessed about 30mm into the exhaust!

Sorry poor description. The thread has rounded inside so the bolts won't bite anymore and the exhaust won't stay tight. Hope this helps.

No problems, get helicoils fitted.

My mate had the same problem with a 020t that stripped the threads, when he took it have it repaired they said the case is not thick / wide enough to drill and put helicoil in so a perfectly good 020t is sat in his garage waiting to be repaired.
