What do you eat?

Like a lot of folk on this forum, I have another job. Some people work on the rigs, some drive - there's all sorts of things going on. Me? I teach Yoga.

And what i'm really interested in, is what do you eat during your working day? Your chainsaw days. And what do you drink? Is it water or some fizzy drink? I'd be really interested to know - honest!

Today I had a greggs cornish pasty, pack of crisps and half a picnic chocolate bar that was for 10 oclock break, then for dinner had a greggs chicken slice another pack of crisps and the remainder of my picnic bar washed down with two cups of tea and 2 litres of water.

Sound like a healthy diet to me.

Balanced though - a pie in each hand. Do you have a loyalty card for greggs?

I'm asking because I know one bloke who drinks coke or fizzy orange all day. He stays on the sugar. But he's young. Get to my age and it takes a bit more thinking.

Hi

No breakfast, I know I should buy never fancy nothing or no time

10-10.30, sandwich/roll, pie or sausage roll, bag of crisps. Cold drink like a juice made up in 2ltr bottle/ tea or coffee if cold

12.30ish other sandwich or roll, bag crisps, chocolate bar. Lots more juice

Tend to drink a lot of juice throughout day.

Generally cooked meal around 19.30 for tea

I like to think I eat fairly well during the day!

Breakfast is two slices of toast and a cup of coffee, a Banana mid morning, then 2 homemade sandwiches and a cereal bar or another banana for lunch, then usually another cereal bar or an apple in the afternoon.

If its hot ill take 3 litres of orange squash and drink all of it throughout the day, if its cold its 1.5 litres of squash and a flask of coffee!
