we have room on ours to allow the lads to alter them, if not they have them in the van pack, which all our vehicles have. But john as someone said earlier, its a good idea for people who dont have large company funds etc. I do remember when it was just me, working for civil's etc, and its a pain without help from people like you.

hi all,

i've been doing my cs41 over the last couple of weeks and one thing that was brought up that hasn't been mentioned yet is a section on the daily r/a for tree hazard inspection,

just short and to the point,rootplate, butt ,crown condition ,hangers,deadwood etc

As far as site specific RA's are concerned for arboriculture, it might be a good idea to include a tick box for 'pre-usage' checks in accordinance with the LOLER regs.... could save some paperwork else where - your site specific risk assessments then also double up as your LOLER record of usage and checks.

 

Does anybody have a copy of a local environment risk assessment (LERA) ?
