  2. you could go on ebay and buy a large double extension, ladder I got one for £7.00 , don't think they can be used anymore so people are trying to get rid

I have had three over the last ten years, they have all been great ! really good value for money compared to a transit, parts are pretty easy to get theres a company called ksl up north somewhere who break them and can get 95% of the parts the rest can come of a transit or be modified to fit an ldv, the brakes are pretty poor but you just get used to them.
  9. is the throttle fully down, cos I have that problem and have now sadly have to use a bungee to hold it down !

  14. hi guys , sorry no pics as yet but some will follow. a client of mine has a v big yew which some fool buried under 3 ft of concrete and patio slabs about 10 years ago,now with the slabs gone I intend to remove the concrete and re-establish the correct soil level, mulch and feed. the trees in a pretty poor state with a receding canopy which now has last seasons extension growth starting to recede as well. my questions really directed at whether the removal of the concrete and feeding /mulching may just tip it over the edge ?

  16. hi guys, as above i need to hire a 9" plus chipper for a couple of consecutive weekends this month,i have been let down with little notice and am not having much luck going through the usual channels. ive got hired in plant to the value of 35,000 and am happy to discuss the finer details with anyone who may be able to help. the work sites in weymouth. looking forward to hearing from anyone that can help cheers ,billy 07973436848

  19. hi joe,hows it going, i'm after the same thing and after spending the last month researching all available options ive concluded that the samsung galaxy note 2 is pretty much what i need . you can use it for emails and browsing but it also runs an office suite that means you can edit word documents great for tree inspections, risk assesments loler stuff etc etc i havent got it yet though as im due an upgrade in a month so planning on getting it for free. happy new year geez billy
  20. i think you get what you pay for,i pay 600 quid a year which seemed a lot until all my saws and hedge trimmers were stolen last Wednesday night, the replacements arrived yesterday and i was back to work today i cant recommend clear insurers(formerly bryant kesek) enough and the underwriters Zurich were great to
