Hi, how much do people charge for a dumpy bag of saw dust for?

Thanks

The local sawmill charge about £3 but you provide the bag. Personally, what I don't use in the cattle trailer I give to the livery yard in the village

Dust extracted? We use cattle grade shavings in our kennels, even still a fair amount of dust is produced when broken under foot. Therefore carefully think of its intended use as lung issues could arise as saw dust is even finer still

Round here joinery shops can't give it away. I find it hard to believe there's a market for it.

Luckily my yard burner runs great on sawdust, so I happily provide heavy duty sacks to my local joinery place, and return all dust extractor bags intact. Win win.

When we had guinea pigs our local sawmill used to charge 50p a bag. Some of the bags I took in were what we used at work for covering pallets and if they were full I could hardly lift them but they were still 50p. :D
