Available straight 15m 220yr Old English Oak Tree

I have a straight trunk 15m oak tree within my compound that has been approximated to be around 220yrs old.

The tree is being felled (approved by the council) due to a combination of many factors.

I feel it will be a shame for a straight trunk English oak tree to have been around since approximately 1794 and be taken to the tip after being felled.

I was wondering if someone here will be interested in the tree. See the 2 pictures of the tree attached. The oak tree is located in Peterborough UK.

Thanks.

@Shendy: The tree is in Bretton in Peterborough.

@bobh: Thanks. Based on how straight the tree trunk is, its size and age I really feel the tree deserves to be put to better use than left to rot away in a tip somewhere.

Hopefully someone will be interested in making good use of this tree.
