Keeping logs dry

Can anybody help me with a log bag supplier which have decent top covers to them. As the ones that I have in use now, barely cover to the edges, so allow water in:001_huh: Or can anybody recommend a poly-tunnel supplier ? What results have people had using poly-tunnels to store there logs ? Any other thoughts on keeping logs dry ?

Bags would be my last choice for drying logs, we don't dry the washing in bags either - perhaps think about it yourself. Good luck.

I've had a polytunnel for 2 years now and have found them great. Logs need to go in part seasoned to stop mould growing on them but when the sun comes out they dry the logs very fast. And its cheaper than an agri building.

 

I used Premier Polytunnels I think.

Tunnels far better than bags - need to know Planning legislation if you wish to sleep well.

Looking into the same thing at the moment, Looking at some cheap 6m x 3m x 2m ones on ebay but bit worried about how they will last up!

I got one a while back... 89 quid? Rubbish, bent, 25mm tube thats 1-1.5mm thick... honestly rubbish

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking the cheap ones wouldn't be up to much.

Any ideas for a cheap storage idea???
