Its like anything , as soon as you allow staff to use equipment it needs to be complaint and be operated by a competent trained person. If the machine is made without a roll over bar with no options to fit one then I would imagine its compliant. The HSE only need to be able to blame someone in the event of an accident so that would fall on the operator, hence the need for the ticket.

I'm reading this on the toilet.

A quick glance around tells me it's non compliant with HSE regs.

Is it the toilet at home or at the workplace? The one at home wouldn't need to be HSE compliant...... :biggrin:
