i have one of those single ring gas cookers you get in a plastic case. Does the job just fine for me, but have always fancied a coleman, especially as it runs on 2 stroke.

Ive had two of them, both from different shops and both had issues with gas leaking. There was a story in the press this summer about the cans exploding and something about plastic fuel lines?

But I agree cracking little things, just looking for an upgrade, these colemans are looking good

Ill have a ganders on Amazon later and see what pops up :thumbup1:

I've got a ghillie, doesn't get used often, but is a nice little toy!

A ghillie and kelly kettle are virtually the same thing but made by different companies, except the ghillie has a whistle, and was slightly cheaper at the time.

Most of them are made in the same factory.

The ghillie is better IMO due to it having a whistle which is handy as they can boil up quicker than you think and running them dry can easily burn them out.

Plus its manufactured in the UK.:thumbup1:

This is mine. Stove is a biscuit tin with the fire in it, coffee pot on top.

I've got a Kelly as well but prefer this. If I did summat different it would be a billy can that stores inside the stove.

You say such and such a stove is quicker, this takes just long enough to give me time to sort my cup out
