i have fitted a front trailer wheel on mine and i can winch it in and out of my van and chip into my trailer, it works really well and i can move it around very easy.

i like your idea also. i can also winch it around places if needed.

I wish i never sold mine, handy little machines.

 

I think the best bet would be a single castor wheel with a foot lock brake, like they have for the bread trolleys at the supermarket to stop them moving.

 

I do see your point about loading with ramps though, mine was a small plant trailer and was always a balancing act to get it on with all the weight on two wheels using ramps.

When Morton said that they don't turn, he meant steer. We looked into this and, on balance, stayed with the leg as it became a brake. Fair play to you for doing something to your CS that you are comfortable with.

Good idea Morten . Think I may have to make something similar . Now and again I put my jo beau on a tracked barrow and rachet it down just for those hard to reach places .

 

 

Is a castor wheel option available, the M300 on our stand has one fitted .
