Microsoft Office for Ipad.

Just wondering what you guys are using to creat and read Microsoft documents on ipad.

 

All I can really see is 365 with a monthly subscription.

I just use Pages and Numbers, the native apps for iPad. They are really good.

Documents 2 Go is good. I used Pages a bit, but never really got on with Numbers. Simply because I have the excel code in my head, and Numbers is slightly different.

= Yes & most free office for Mac aplications will also.

 

Im fairly sure that Preview the file viewer in OSx will open & display docx files.

 

You have a large choice, as suggested iWork - Pages, Numbers & Keynote will open and write to word, .xls & powerpoint files including the later docx type.

 

Other than that Libre Office for Mac or Open Office for Mac works fine.

 

I use iWork & its a lot less frustrating than its MS equivalents

Docs2go works for me
